What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
First and foremost - HAPPY 6 YEARS Tracey 112205! Wow! 
Okay. So I went to my first Zumba class. Ho. Lee. ****e. My arms and legs are jello today - I am going to be SO sore tomorrow! LOL! What a great class - and my gawd, what a workout! I highly recommend, though I did prove without a shadow of a doubt that I am hopelessly uncoordinated. Ummm... by the way, where were you Tobi F.?!
Working today, though it's awfully slow so I'll also be stirring it up here, then bathing suit shopping quickly after work. Or maybe I'll run over to SQ1 at lunch. All of my suits are too big presently - and that wouldn't be pretty in the pool.
Plan for today:
B - coffee with milk x several (I've already had a few, can you tell?), protein shake
S - 1 babybel cheese, 2 melba rounds, 1/2 honey crisp apple (no one better have stolen my cheese this time or I am seriously going to pitch a fit)
L - small whole wheat tuna wrap with lots of veggies
S - other 1/2 apple, herbal tea
D - BBQ burger, all the fixings, hold the bun; spinach salad with poppyseed dressing
Have a good one :)

Thanks for reminding me Karen. Please remind me on the 24th too would you, I'd hate to forget that day, my son may kill me if I missed his birthday. My head is still in a fog today and the dates are all messed up to me lately.

L - the end of the moose roast and gravy and horseradish mashed taters
S - a double shot espresso latte with SF caramel syrup
D - homemade fettucini alfredo heavy on the garlic with some grilled chicken and broc (never did make it last night)

I've got a seminar in downtown Toronto this evening after work, so trekking in the rain - oh well. It's November, what can we do about that, huh?

Zumba sounds fun. We have a Zumba class at the gym too. Not sure on what day but I think I may check it out.
The usual goings on today...wor****il 4pm and then off to the gym. Then I gotta pick up some chicken. I decided to make BBQ pulled chicken for the potluck too - a few people don't eat pork. It's very taxing trying to make something to please everyone - and we're a small group!
On the menu today:
B: Protein Shake

S: Extend Bar [after gym]
D: Bunless Sloppy Joes - 1/2 cup meat cooked with 1/4c sauce

It really was fun - the music was awesome, the moves were fantastic - but man, it's hard work! I wi**** were twice per week instead of just once. Going to buy Zumba for Wii on Friday so I can practice up through the week.
