What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
Tracey, after all this time I'm *still* afraid to say only "skinny", believe it or not. I'm scared they're gonna put sugar in my coffee every darn time I buy one. So I always add "sf". Just for my own (warped) peace of mind. lol

Well, they've never mucked mine up either - because I take 10 minutes to spell everything out for them due to my sugar-neurosis. hahaha

Glad to hear that you enjoyed Zumba. I took a walk in when they first started teaching it and the instructor was excellent, full of energy and really encouraged the sexy latin moves. I was a little bashful at that, but really loved it anyways, and boy did I sweat up a storm!! Great work out. I am going to try spin as cross training for my running program. I hear that they have great classes at Gears in Port credit.
B- whole grain waffle with sugar free syrup ( not the best choice, but boy I had a craving. Later a peppermint mocha from SB- okay I am addicted!!
S- greek yogurt with fruit puree
L- went to pickel barrel last night and had the best bunless turkey burger- very moist and came with a delicious cutney and tons of grilled veggies, soooooo I will be having the leftovers from that and my mouth is already watering at the thought. (It's on the lunch menu in case you ever have occasion to try it).
S- hummus with a few crackers
D- Still don't know- I REALLY need groceries, hence all of the eating out :)

I have heard that Gears is awesome, but expensive. Rec & Parks (not to sell you my own product LOL) has really good spin classes too, and likely MUCH cheaper than Gears. Check out Erin Meadows CC - they have the best equipment, IMHO and they're just up Glen Erin by Eglinton - not far at all.
Example: Cycling Workout @ Erin Meadows, starting tomorrow from 6:25 - 7:25 PM or 7:30 - 8:30 PM, 9 classes, $96.11 all in. Course codes: 538193 or 538187.
Not that I'm trying to sell you on Mississauga, you understand. LOL Of course, I don't know the exact price at Gears either.
