Funny you bring this up, I went for a fitting today, I have gone from a 44dd to a 36b and I am delighted. This is the first time in my life that my boobs are not going through the door before me.

its likely that you were properly measured, not so much that your boobs got bigger in size. Whenever i've been measured, it always seems that they measure my cups as bigger than i've been wearing. Which is weird.

I hate bra shopping because I'm an awkward size (44B although I can get away with 44C if I have to).  Keep in mind that the cup size  is proportional to the band size.  What I mean by this is that for example a C cup that is a 44 is bigger than a C cup in a 36.
There was a time when I was a 42 B but because they were hard to find I would have to go with a smaller band size and get an extender and it would be a 38C that I would have to get.  So it is definitely possible to go down in band width but up in cup size!

Apparently the majority of us are wearing a too small cup size to begin with, so if your cup size has gone up, it's possible you weren't wearing the right size pre-WL.  I am down one size and 1 cup.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora.  Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

I swear that my breasts are the only thing on me that is undersized!  If I could "re-position" my belly fat, I'd be in a DDD too!  Now I'm barely a 'B'.  Hate to think what they'll be like after surgery.  One girl who lives here in town had her panni and breast augmentation done at the same time a year or so after surgery.  She looks fantastic - very natural.  Here's to folding, tucking, painting and plucking - oh the things we do for "beauty"! Cheers, Sandy

pedlsanCAN, I hear that!  I've always carried my weight in my hips to knees area.  I never was top-heavy.  I say I've got an hourglass figure with most of the sand in the bottom!

Monica, I was measured before to get the 46C size by the same woman who measured me this week.  She's a great lady who works at the Penningtons near me.  I know it's all the extra skin being tucked in that makes the cup bigger.  Maybe I'll have any extra fat from my thighs/hips repositioned north when I get my tummy tuck!!

I've never had much in the way of boobs, 40B (tight) at the largest.  The latest bras I bought are gaping at the cups now.  I think I might be a 36A (A!!!) now and, even though they're small, they still manage to reside somewhere near my armpits when I'm braless and laying on  my side!
