What are you eating/doing today? (Sunday)
First please excuse my typos/etc - was diagnosed with drop-wrist on Friday and have been a little out of commission since then. lol The brace is helping!
Hope eveyone's had a great weekend. Mine has good despite not being able to type, or even lift a glass of water. lol
Plan for today:
Joe's away at work for a few days so I have some lovely leftovers.
B - coffee with milk x many, protein shake
S- leftover soup, sliced tomatoes
L - tuna on toast, pickle
S - handful of pecans, 1 babybel, 1 melba toast
D - leftover Sheppard's pie, brussel sprouts
We'll see how it goes from there! lol
Will get to your PMs once Ive had a little more ceffee xoxo

Meeting a friend from out of town for brunch in Bloor West Village, then helping another friend get her condo ready for re-sale. Probably a movie in the evening.
B - Greek joghurt w bran buds
S - large frothy milk coffee
L - Eggs Benedict w smoked salmon
S - popcorn???
D - no idea.

Good morning! Hope your wrist heals quickly, Karen.
Cleaning the house today, which means I'll get some cardio in by going up & down the stairs a hundred bloody times....lol Also having friends over for dinner to kick off the holiday season visiting rounds.
B - Protein Shake, coffee with milk/sweetener + vitamins
S - 2 melba toast with laughing cow cheese
L - 2 slices ham with spinach salad
S - undecided
D - Hubby's world-famous BBQ ribs (probably only one rib), grilled zucchini & peppers, garlic mashed potatoes (2 Tbs)
*Dessert - sugar free jello & Light Cool Whip parfaits
Oh... and since I'm being accountable, I dumped yesterday for the first time on my 2 year old sons triple chocolate birthday cake. Ya... I'm a dumbass, but after having experienced the wrath of dumping, I will never do that again... at least not for a long time lol.
There's my rant... and here's my plan:
B - SF oatmeal with NSA maple syrup.
S - Decaf. with 1% and splenda.
L - Tuna with LF mayo on 1 pc ancient grains toast.
S - Raisins, nature valley granola bar.
D - Chicken breast and peas.
S - Yogurt... maybe 2.
All water and vits in. :)
