What are you eating/doing today? (Sunday)
Going to church for the first time in months; my son misses his Sunday class and, with Christmas coming, I guess I'd better start making the time to bring him. Then, of course, working on papers for school. Yesterday I finished the first draft of my biggest paper, due Thurs. Yea! Soon I'll have a break...
Also took the time to make myself a delicious breakfast (not the usual Greek yogurt and fruit combo).
B - 1 slice ww French toast, 1 oz LF cheddar, light syrup, a few raspberries
S - decaf skim cafe au lait
L - 3 oz turkey, salad w/ LF dressing
S - canteloupe (got a craving for it and had to get one yesterday)
D - pineapple meatballs, 2 T rice, some kind of veggie
S - don't know, maybe a SF popsicle (I never ate popsicles pre-WLS; now I love them. How weird is that?)

Yeah made it through our first Party post surgery: lots of nibblies and sweets. Drank 4 bottles of water flavored with Crystal light. No one even noticed
no snacks passed the lips to the hips

Woke up at 7.30 this morning. Feels good to be almost done my housework & it's only 9.30. Cleaned the house & waiting on laundry to finish. After that, just relaxing!

L: 1/2c shredded BBQ pork w/ 1/2 small yam or cauliflower.
D: 1/2c shredded BBQ chicken - I tried chicken the other day and it finally sat well!!!! So excited!
S: Pomegranate, Roasted Chestnuts (yum!)

Sorry to hear about your wrist. Between my finger in a splint and your hand in a brace, watchout typos. LOL Pssst, when you can't lift, use the other hand. When I couldn't lift my coffee cup I kept trying with my usual hand and then it finally clicked, use the other one. Habits can be hard to break.
So my Christmas baking continues today and of course laundry has to be done, otherwise just taking it easy. His highness has informed that he would like pork tenderloin for dinner and now to figure out how I plan on cooking it for him or maybe I should just throw raw stuff at him and let him make it.
B - couple of poached eggs and 1 piece of whole grain toast
S - just an apple as breakie is late
L - the last of the turkey, bean and kale soup
S - 10 or so almonds while baking
D - pork tenderloin, green salad, maybe some carby **** depending on what I make to go with the pork

L-1 egg omelet with mushroom, broccoli and cheese and 1tbsp Greek yogurt
S- Half a pepperette and 1oz cheese and 1tbsp Greek yogurt
D- 1.5 oz tilapia fish and 2 tbsp mashed potato and some broccoli
S- rest of the protein shake
vits and water in!
