luckily the 3 times that I have dumped, I was able to go home and sleep it off....it was like being hit by a Mack truck....and the sweaty, nauseous feeling was the worst....having your head spinning because of some food high in sugar..well it keeps you in check.

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.
