Good afternoon all!

Back from my little trip to Cuba! Wonderful weather, great beach, comfy bed and not so good food! The up side to that is I lost 1 pound !! Ran the beach everyday and felt pretty comfortable in my new bikini!

B Greek yogurt and granola( boy did I miss this on my trip)
S cherries
L roast chicken 2oz and salad with balsamic dressing and 10 wheat thins
S water!!!!
D going to a xmas party so whatever's on the menu...maybe a glass of wine

My weekend starts tonight!!! Woohoo

B - bowl of muesli cereal w 1/2 banana, large coffee
S - cottage cheese w blueberries
L - turkey pepperette, 2 crackers, 2 oz cheddar, 1 pear
s - nuttin' honey
D - tossed salad w chicken and mushrooms

Multivitamins and calcium in, still gotta hit the B12.

Afternoon all

I had the carpal tunnel operation three years ago....and am finding the feeling coming back....I always try and carry as many groceries in as possible in one trip...line the bags up my arms....that is a bad thing to do...

menu's look really good today....mine wont but what the hell....I am on vacay

B - bagel with creme cheese

s - banana

s - fibre one bar......on golf course for the two snacks....need to eat when golfing

l - bit of tuna salad plus a green salad with some egg and veg on it.....small cookie

d - going to a "diet" restaurant tonight - they give all the calories for every meal.....hope its good

s - wine while listening to a band outside by the water..

All water and vits

B-steel cut oatmeal/SF maple syrup
S-LC low fat cheese wedge/melba toast
L-Soup
S-turkey pepperette/cheese
D-chilli with cheese
S-protein shake\
lots of water.
