What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
Good morning! I've been AWOL for a bit - wrist injury issues, busy at work, and doing my "homework assignment" for the second part of my interview process for that job I mentioned. :) I hope everyone is doing great! Now to get caught up here...lol
B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - fruit (red and green grapes, mango, pineapple, melon), 21g old cheddar
L - didn't bring my lunch, I'll have to buy downstairs soooo...... either tuna or egg salad on a small whole wheat wrap with lots of veggies
S - fruit from this morning, tea, handful of pecans
D - portobello mushroom stuffed with crab, shrimp, cheese, etc.
I managed to find actual fresh lump crab meat at Longo's - deeeelish!

I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. It's been a horrid day from the time I got up. Maybe I need to crawl back in and get out again so things will go right.

Morning. Nice to have you back. Wow...homework for an interview- intense. :)
Going to try another "Insanity Cardio" workout at school. Today is resistance training- ack! After last week's strength training, my thighs we almost unoperable. Climbing the stairs was quite the task. haha. I look forward to the burn- feels good to be active again!

L- half a slice of P28 wth some genoa salami and a cheese string
