What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
Morning all :)
Happy Hump Day to those who observe. Busy-ish today today with work, reviewing General Committee at 9, and then my final (I think!) interview this afternoon at 2:15 PM. Not nervous in the slightest and looking forward to the meeting. Didn't get around to making the mushrooms last night as Joe had BBQ'd steak and veggies (awww.....
), so I'll have to make them tonight. I'm going to have leftover crab, will either freeze it or make crab cakes!
RNY 5+ years - maintenance
B - coffee with milk x2, protein shake
S - variety of fruit chunks, 21g cheddar, 2 melba rounds
L - about 2 oz leftover steak, leftover grilled peppers onions and asparagus
S - likely just tea
D - stuffed portobello mushrooms (crab, shrimp, cheese, chives, etc etc etc)
Have a fabulous day and wish me luck this afternoon!

Hi Connie,
I'm a bit of a cheese snob, unfortunately. And I don't eat low fat cheese, as I find it terribly dry and hard to swallow. I really like very old Balderson cheddar. For something more spreadable, I enjoy the Laughing Cow triangles (the also come low fat, which are good). Mini babybels are good (they also come light) and for a treat I buy specialty cheeses, like Bella Vitano and have a tiny little bit from time to time. :)

I'm having a bit of a love affair with some cinnamon bellavitano this week - to die for!
Laughing Cow - I love the herb and garlic ones best. I find them super cheap at Giant Tiger of all places.

I couldn't agree more. I'll have look when I get home Tracey and see what the cinnamon one is actually called, but it is WOW.

Yes please let me know. Only good cheese makes it in this house. Charlie would die if I bought heaven forbid Kraft or something else. His cheese obsession costs me a small fortune. We were at Sobey's last month when in the Bay and he was drooling over all the different cheeses they have compared to any other store we have ever been in. With a Swiss mom and Dutch dad he never had anything but very good cheese growing up.
No kidding - he's ruined for life with that upbringing. LOL
