What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)

Good morning

Day 9 of work for me today, one more day then I'm off for a couple of days! WOOT!
I have lots on the go. I am having my "daughter" over on the weekend to have our Christmas, I'm excited to see her and the kids (they call me "Gramma Leanne"). I can't decide what I want for christmas this year so I have decided to "adopt a family" thru a girl I know that works for CAS. I have talked to my bf and we are probably going to "adopt" 2 families :D I am also excited about doing this as I have everything I want and need. It also helps feed my new shopping addiction :D

Today at work, they are having a Christmas dinner, m.m.m.m.
B- scrambled eggs with cheese
S- 15g cheezies and peanut butter on celery
L- not too sure yet
S-
D- turkey dinner at work
S- leftovers

all water and vitamins in

I guess one would look at it as a wasted day, but I had the gift of having an all day appointment day at TWH yesterday. 8-5 yesterday.  3 appointments all over the day.  So I took the time to find Kensington Market (haven't been in years)  stocked up on fresh fish* and veg and then walked back to TWH.  good day. 
B-  steel cut oats with walnuts and SF maple syrup
S-  Tea with cheese
L-   brocolli soup/  mini egg muffin
S-  protein shake / coffee
S-  * marlin fish steak and some BBQ veg
S-  Unjury chicken soup

Going to great concert tonight, the Mendelssohn Choir's Christmas do.
I just love pure voices lifted in song aroudn Christmas.

B - bowl of Cheerios, 1/2 banana
S - large coffee, Greek joghurt w fresh raspberries
L - turkey pepperette, 2 crackers, Balderson Old Cheddar (21 g), 1 pear
S - large tea
D - sashimi

Multivitamins in, still gotta do my D3 and calcium.
