can someone on Opti Fast tell me the nutrition stats please..

You might want to look at the rest of the stats for a pouch too and be careful about ingesting a whole pouch as one meal. 

She has a VSG so she won't dump.

Thank you. I have about 5 packets here and I'm having a hard time getting in enough protein at the moment.. I have some protein powders but they taste terrible, and I end up having to mix them with soo much extras to just get them down that it made me wonder about having one of the opti fast since I knew they were vitamin and protein full and only had sweetner in them.
