Head Hunger and tight clothes!!
Now that the holidays are over I am really struggling with head hunger. I had a few treats over the holidays and then Aunt Ruby came to visit. She always brings her little dog, Hungry, to nip at my heels. How I hate that dog!
I decided it was time to break out the size L clothes I have been acquiring. There's nothing like the fear of bursting the seams of your clothes and a lovely pair of camel toes to strengthen your resolve to be good.
Now, if everyone else could start their New Year diets I could clear away the temptations.

Struggling here too!!!! Sounds like we are all aware of it though and gonna make the changes. The "old" me wouldn't have thought too much of it as I wouldn't be weighing myself and know I gained weight. I have been up and down 5 lbs since beginning of Dec....so now only up 2 from beginning of Dec. Thinking the cold I have had for four days has helped given I can't taste or smell anything.
Back to the gym with EVERYONE else tomorrow. It is going to be busy there now through to March....errrrgggg. That part I am not a fan of, but need to get back to it.
Good luck to all of you getting back in routine!!!
PS: I REFUSE to pull out any of the bigger clothes. I am not keeping them and I refuse to go back there. LOL.
