new multivitamins gummies fruit

 i went to walmart last night and found these new multivitamins.....it is called fruit essentials....it is a multivitamin and they are shaped as fruits and they are small like gummie bears....it has all the vitamins we need to take in one....you take two a day and i also found the protein shot  and it is 35g in one tube....it comes already mixed up and in a tube like container and it taste like a fruit punch....you can get them at walmart also in the health food part of the store where the protein shakes .....i have a hard time swallow the other vitamins as they are so big....but i so enjoy taking the little gummie ones...so much easier and just have to chew them.....

I could be wrong because I haven't looked at them myself...but at HRRH they said the gummies don't contain any minerals, only vitamins, so it doesn't have everything we need.

Tracy is right, the gummies are not good for us. Also, the protein shots are made up of collagen protein which we do not absorb.
