Peppermint Tea
Ever since then, I've been hooked on it. If after I eat I'm not feeling well (i.e. something's too big to pass thru), I have a cup of peppermint tea (sweetened with Splenda) and I feel great afterwards. (No milk, but I add a bit of cold water.)
Also, because it's made from peppermint leaves, it's caffeine free, so I count it towards my water intake. Tetley makes peppermint tea as well, so I now keep a can in my desk and one at home.
Just a suggestion from me to you. Take it as you will.

I used to buy a tea called "Digesters Tea" - it had peppermint and other herbs/spices. It tasted greatabd really helped.
Now that I've switched from coffee to tea, I can't wait to re-explore all those spiced teas again.
Sometimes you just put one foot in front of the other, even if you don't know where you're going.
