Thanks for the kind words. As for the running, I started with a 5k and worked my way up over a year to the half marathon I did it on my own....I found it really hard so for the New york marathon I join the running rooms on line Marathon training group....they provided a planned day by day schedule. But what ever you want to do just take it day by day..if you find you don't run on a day you said you were going to..do it the next day..no harm done...run BECAUSE YOU WANT TO...
