5 months out now.....update

 5 months ago i went for my surgery and never thought how much weight i have lost this far....i am very pleased how things are going i started out at 286 and i am now 215......i still have a ways to go ......but i am very please to have lost this much......i am loving my life and how i am able to get out and do more.....
