Morning!
another sort of busy day, not as much as earlier in the week.
B- banana, cheese, pepperette
S - bran muffin with cheese
L - meatballs, green beans
S - yogurt with bran
D - timmies chili, before my running group.
S - something substantial after running.

I've got worries on my mind today, described in my forum post. I'm going to do my best not to "eat them away".

Worries on the mind is one of the most common reasons people emotionally eat.  The good thing is that you recognize it.  What is your alternate plan to eating them away?

Thank you for asking. I'm doing something constructive to allay my worries.
I'm using support systems to discuss worries.
I'll utilize the "counting to 100" and waiting till a "certain time on the clock to eat" techniques, worked well for "mindless eating" yesterday.

I hear ya about eating your stress/worries away...I often do the same thing!

So far, so good; I have little to complain about in my life at this moment, but I have a tendency to eat when happy, too.  Oh, well...

I've been trying to occupy myself in the evenings with other 'fun' things, like Skyrim!  I cannot get enough of that game!  Mostly I just pick flowers and catch butterflies, but I've been known to smite a troll or two...

B - 3/4 serving low carb hot cereal with 1% milk

S - 1/2 c Greek yogurt with 1 tb NSA strawberry jam

L - 1/2 cup leftover low carb mac'n'cheese

S - 1 or 2 tb peanuts or pumpkin seeds or a combo

D - Thinking of chicken fajitas... ground chicken cooked with zucchini, onion, mushroom, peppers served with grated cheddar and greek yogurt on a small low carb tortilla. If not tonight then maybe on the weekend, anyway...

S - If I end up eating a light dinner, then I'll have a chocolate protein shake (ChocoRite - not bad)

Also a cup of regular coffee this morning (I hope it's ok to have caffeine now, 'cause I need it!) and a cup of raspberry tea this afternoon, along with 2-3 bottles of water.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Sharon
