Afternoon all;
Beautiful day here....and had a great golf tournament yesterday...
If all goes well I am here for 5 weeks - and my goal is to lose 13 pounds ( roughly 2.5 per week)....and up my exercise. I dont have a trainer here but I do have access to a fantastic facility...
I do intend to indulge once in awhile - I mean I am on holidays - the main culprit will be wine and champagne when with friends....and some cake on my birthday...
so we will see...
b - protein shake
s - 1/2 protein bar
l - 1 cup of low fat spicy chicken soup
s - rest of protein bar
d - grilled chicken with romaine and veggies
s - hopefully just tea in my brand new Keurig!!
All water and vits

*****y, tired, PMS'ing... yucky day all around. Sorry to be a bummer!
Finally got around to checking out the forum for today. Better late than never...
B - Greek yogurt, strawberries, 2 T Kashi Go Lean
S - decaf tea w/ skim milk, 1/2 Premier shake w/ 1/4 C milk and 1t instant decaf
L - chicken curry (yum) with a few bites of rice
S - old cheddar, grapes
D - 3 oz turkey, and either baby spinach salad or raw veggies with tzatziki dip
S - no idea; I'll have to add up my numbers and decide what to have; carb craving like crazy (thanks, PMS) and can't stop thinking about toast....
