Bad News 2 Days Before Surgery

My step-father's dear sweet grandmother (90 years old) who has been in my life since I was 15 passed away tonight from a bleeding brain tumor.  I am soooooo sad that  I am not going to get to be at the funeral because I will be in hospital recovering from surgery.  

I could already feel my anxiety and stress start to mount as the night went on....my husband and I were bickering and we rarely fight.  I was able to recognize it was because I was feeling nervous about surgery but then this bad news came and I've just been kind of moping tonight. 

Sucks.

 Hugs for sure such a difficult time but your great grandmother knows your thoughts will be with her.  Judy is right also, your grandmother would want you to think of your wellbeing!  She knows you love her! Now she will take care of you!!
