What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)

Morning all :)

I must be tired.  I totally forgot to add milk to my coffee at the cafe upstairs this morning.  So black it is. lol  Worked late last night, so leaving a little early today.  Have to pick up a few groceries on my way home too - Joe said "there are mice in the fridge with tears in their eyes" - must be a PEI saying. haha

B - coffee, protein shake
S - assorted fruit, ff/sf yogurt
L - small caesar salad with grilled chicken on top
S - not sure
D - meatballs with peppers, onions, mushrooms

Off to the Y soon to pump the muscles.

Working today. Went to the gym this morning and now Im exhausted

Forgot to take out some chicken out of the freezer for tomorrow's meals. Not sure what I'm gonna do tomorrow but I'll figure something out.

On the menu today:

B: Protein Shake
S: Quest Bar [I was so hungry after the gym]
S: 100g Activia Yogurt
L: 1c. Cabbage Roll Casserole
S: 2 Melba Toast w/Laughing Cow Cheese [1 wedge]
D: 3oz Pulled Pork
S: Protein Shake [if I need it]

Afternoon;

Not a great start to my eating day today....but I am determined to work it off this afternoon and eat light the rest of the day

B - bagel with creme cheese

s - cheese string

l - green salad with a bit of egg and tuna

s - coffee with milk

d - thai salad wih chicken

s - decaf coffee and milk

All water and vits

I have had a nice relaxing day today :D I even went for a walk, yep, in the cold :P

Today I have eaten:
B- bran muffin
S- keilbasa, cheese, a few crackers and a small handful of tortilla chips
L- campbell's soup-> "creations" tuscan meatball w/farfalle pasta
S- bran muffin
D- meatloaf and homemade scalloped potatoes
S- not quite sure yet

all liquids and vitamins in
