What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
Deal :) Can you try that stuff on though?? That's my only concern. I have learned that with my new body, bathing suit shopping is so mych harder. Stuff that I think is going to stay tucked in slips out (that would be extra skin on my lower tummy and under my arms/side of my boobs. It's a more delicate process than it used to be somehow.
There are no change rooms unfortunately. My friend sometimes buys jeans there, goes into the bathroom after purchasing and tries them on before going home. lol

I still have zero taste buds so you could serve me **** on a stick and I'd never know the difference. Pretty bad when coffee and water taste exacty the same. LOL
B - scrambled eggs with 1/2 oz cheese on top
L - tuna salad on one piece of whole grain bread topped with avocado, hot peppers, red onion
S - will be in town so maybe a latte
D - steak and green peppers, a few tbsp of brown rice

It is so dry in my new workspace that I am constantly clearing my throat, coughing, and my nose is so dried out by 10 AM that it actually hurts. LOL

I have my humidifier going and it's not helping. I put Vick's all over my chest and throat and under my nose and you know what, I can't even smell it. If my taste buds and sniffer don't come back, I won't have to ever worry about regain as I have zero appetite with the loss of those 2 senses. LOL
Sorry, I was so distracted by the Bob Marely playing in the background of my mind and images me lying on the beach, that I forgot to post my menu for the day. It's been forever since I have logged on to do this- been missing OH and need to find more time for it. :)
B- first a skinny peppermint mocha, and then later, protein Bistro box from Starbucks (boiled egg, cheese, grapes, tiny little pita with natural PB)
S- finish what I did not eat from Breakkie
L- Will prob still have stuff left from the morning, but also have leftover soulvaki packed in my luinch bad
S- Greek yogurt
D- hmmmm???
S- protein shake after my run tonight (training to run the Mississauga Half Marathon in May- EEEP!)

Hi everyone
Well, I've found the 2nd best route to weight loss since WLS - a colonoscopy. Lost 5 lbs last week after a max of 2 lbs for about 3 months, haha. Probably won't think it's so funny next week though when my weight goes up.
So ... have to get my colon / bowels back into shape.
B - protein shake (Beneprotein, 1 c skim milk, 12 oz decaf coffee)
L - 3/4 c greek yogurt with 1/3 c All Bran Buds & 1 tbsp sugar free strawberry jam
S - The Simply Bar
D - 1 c. boiled shrimp with 2 tbsp seafood sauce
Does anyone know if you need probiotics post colonoscopy, or is that best post antibiotics? And when should I expect some "production" again?
