What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)

Yes it is.  Each slice is a serving and has 25 calories per slice, 0.5 grams of fat, and 5 grams of protein.  Very yummy.  I pack it in my lunch, and then pop it in the micro. for about twice the time on the package since I like mine well cooked.  I you're at home though, you can cook it however you like.  Frying it in a pan would make it much crispier I guess.

I bought the same bathing suit.  I liked the rouching too, and the bust line was attractive.  I got a black one and a turquoise one too.

Marny, I still can't bring myself to go bathing suit shopping.  Good for you!

I've already been to an appt with my son's specialist this morning.  Doing a bit of school work, doing the first interview for my research project, being interviewed for a potential placement opportunity, and then in class until 9 pm.  Trying to plan my food for the day.

B - Greek yogurt w/ blueberries
S - large milky decaf tea, decaf coffee w/ cream
L - turkey w/ salad and LF dressing, maybe a couple of crackers
S - grapes, turkey pepperette
D - small ww tortilla, deli roast beef, LC light x 1 or 2, maybe tomato slices, pickle
S - probably 1/2 Premier shake w/ a bit of milk and instant decaf

Have a great day, everyone!

Third person to recommend the CostCo bathing suits ... wil go check it out this week.
Went to my Aquafit class on Saturday, and the girls kept bouncing out the top of the bathing suit I just bought a month ago. Darn heck it. Will have to invest in a smaller tighter one.

Back at work after ten days away (Cuba and then jury duty)

B - Bowl Cheerios, 1/2 banana, large coffee
 S - 1/2 c cottage cheese (1%) w blueberries
L - 1/2 small roast beef sub, 1 kiwi fruit
 S - large coffee
 D - 2 chicken thighs , 1/3 sweet potato
1 litre water

Multivitamins and D3 in. Calcium and B12 still to go.

The speedo ones would not be condusive to holding the "girls" well in their place.  They weren't really sporty.  However, they did have some really nice "Roots" ones that were sporty and had both the scooped back and the racer back.  Great selection and at my Costco, they still had boxes left (as of Friday night).

Good morning ladies! :D

It's been a busy morning for me. Got my foods ready for the day, shoveled snow, had to walk to the parts store and get a belt for my car, grr- I JUST replaced this belt last weekend... So, now I'm just relaxing for a few mins and enjoying my breakie then I have to get ready for work.

I made "slow cooker hunter style chicken soup" (fron Kaye Bailey's 'A Collection of Neighbourhood Recipes') the other day, in preparation for this 5dpt, BUT I am worried that I am not going to like it now. I have to admit that I am scared to try it because it's new. I know this probably really sounds silly. I am not used to trying new things. Even tho this soup is not just liquid, it's very low for numbers (170 cal, 20g protein, 4g fat, 10 net carbs, 3g fibre) I don't feel that having something like a "cream of" something soup would be enough to sustain me while working a really busy shift.

Day 1 of the 5DPT
B- 3/4c greek yoguart with 1/2c bran cereal (I need to keep eating my bran, it's helping me greatly so I am not willing to give it up)
S- shake
L- 1/2c cottage cheese
S- 1c high protein pudding (made with 2c milk, pkg of sugar free pudding and 2 scoops protein powder; I doubt that I will eat it all at one time but I have it in case I need to 'eat')
D- slow cooker hunter style soup
S- shake

all water and other beverages and vitamins in

GOOD LUCK to those doing the 5DPT this week, we can dooo it

Have a great day everyone :D
