how soon after the surgeons appt....

I am meeting the surgeon on Feb 10th, wondering if I will be able to choose a date in March?

I seen the surgeon on Jan. 23 and his nurse was not there so she called on Jan 30 with surgery date of Feb. 13th

Friday I had an appt in Guelph nancy told me when I come back to see the surgeon I would be having surgery within a few weeks, optifast length is individual. She said you wont see the surgeon unless he has OR time to hand out.

I am also wondering the same thing....I have my surgeons appt this Thursday, Feb 16th at Toronto Western.  I wonder if the fact that I live downtown Toronto could help expedite the surgery date?  I have no preference as to which site of UHN I have the surgery at too....Three weeks optifast max.

Any educated guesses from those that have had the procedure through TWH?

I think it varies from center to center. At HRRH last year, it was 5 weeks after my last surgeon appointment to my surgery date.
