Funny thing I was talking to my son who is encouraging me to hire a personal trainer to set up a plan just for me... especially for arms and legs... I have just started weight loss and I must say they are already not so great looking with excessive skin... definitely need to get toning those muscles... my son figures a trainer can help me zone in on technique specially for me due to surgery. He even found me a company who comes to your home http://www.trainersonsite.com/in-home-personal-training.html so I have no excuses... LOL!

thank you donna.....i mostly do my work out in the water it is easier on my body and bones.....i so enjoy that...he will show me how to use the treadmill and some weights for my arms ......i have a bone dease and not to be careful on what i lift especially for my back area....i already have bat wings lol i going to try and tone some of it up but i know it wont all go away.....have a great day.....
