OT: Speaking of breakfast, let's play a game

Definitely the eggs benedict paradiso!  There's a diner in Ottawa (Elgin Street Diner) that makes some awesome eggs benedict variations, with some really great ones on Sat and Sun.  Order it with tomato slices instead of hash browns, and ignore the English muffin, and it's heavenly (amazing Hollandaise sauce).

There's a place in Bloor West Village that does a great take on Eggs Benny which is called
Eggs Dostoyevsky.

It's poached eggs
 on smoked salmon
 with sweet red onions and
toasted Challa bread,
topped with a Bechamel sauce with Mustard in,
and a fruit salad on the side.

Sound good?

I would probably try the Brie spinach crepes. Yum!

I would have to say "Bacon wrapped Bacon"  extra crispy....served on bacon.  Need I say more.  Diane
