While they aren't puree, they are extremely soft.  I can't see a problem with them just eat slowly.

I haven't actually started puree's yet but I'm trying to make a grocery list.  I am still struggling with my darn full fluids...but I am headed grocery shopping in the next two days and want to make sure I have what I can eat.

Any suggestions?

I agree with Sandy. On the puree stage you can have crackers, put a little laughing cow cheese on it and eat slowly

For the puree stage, I enjoyed a lot of canned fish and meats like flaked ham with a little mayo or cream cheese with maybe a little onion or relish (pureed) as well as my still go to, egg salad.  I avoided any crackers until I got to goal.

Enjoy, Melissa!

Laughing cow wedges would be fine, yes.
