I have a (likely dumb) question. lol

I want to get a wireless keyboard for my BB Playbook - it is Bluetooth. Do I have to be connected to the Internet to be able to use it?

No you dont have to be connected. You just have to make sure your keyboard is BlueTooth compatible, or your playbook must have a usb slot for a wireless connector.

Thanks doll! The Blackberry Playbooks are bluetooth compatible - I just wanted to make sure I didn't have to be connected through wifi as well to be able to use the keyboard.

The BEST thing about this is.... I can use my tablet to take minutes at meetings!!! No more lugging around our work's old, heavy-as-hell laptops! Yay!

Just a little correction about someone mentioning the USB, when it comes to bluetooth = no wires so you will have your keyboard, sync it via bluetooth on both your keyboard and PB and you will have a DC wire ONLY to charge your keyboard.

You won't have any problems!
