What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
Good morning! Been a long time since I've been able to start this thread! Busy at work and I'm still getting used to it I guess. :) I invited my parents to lunch today and for a wee tour (a la moi) of City Hall - they're downright excited. lol
B - coffee with milk x 2, Atkins Peanut Butter Protein bar (YUM-O!)
S - 1 oz old cheddar, 2 crackers
L - well, I know what I'm NOT having - the special - fish burrito (ummm... ew.) so I'll likely stick to my old favourite - grilled chicken breast with sauteed portabello mushrooms over mixed greens with balsamic
S - leftover lunch, bengal tea fog
D - sauteed mayan squash and baby broccoli, 3 oz bacon wrapped beef filet

Not to sure what is happening with me yet today. No calls for work yet but that can happen at any moment.
B- 1egg cheese omelet, small cupcake
not too sure what order I will eat the rest of my foods today but I have everything ready
- greek yoguart
- protein shake x2
- butternut squash soup, ham and cheese wrap
- salad w/ ham, little bit of mozzarella cheese, italian dressing
- 1 LC cheese, 5 pretzel crackers, trail mix
all liquids and vitamins in

Had my plastic surgery!
Still on the liquid post op plan so my diet is still really easy
b-1/3 c cream of wheat with 1/3 c of milk
l-1/4 cup of cottage cheese with 1/4 c apple sauce
d-1/3 c of strained cream chicken soup
2 protien shakes throughout the day sipping as snacks
30 cc water every 15 mins.
The best part is it is really difficult to finish any of my meals-so I dont finish when I am full and I dont care if some child in another county is hungry and I am not going to mail my leftovers to them ;)

Sorry to hear about the migraine - I had one from Saturday noon 'til Sunday at 9 PM when I FINALLY projectile vomitted. LOL Hope you're feeling better soon. xo

Hi everyone!!!! Ok so it's past lunch and I'm just posting now. Off to a slow start to my day.
BB- decaf coffee x 2
B- Costco protein shake
L- half a toasted ham & Swiss sandwich
D- chicken breast with salad
Off to Boston tomorrow with my son till Monday!!! My hubby is sending us, it's his congrats to me for losing 100 lbs, well he is a wee bit early I'm at 96 lbs but what the hell I'm going to have fun!!!!!
