Surgery Date!!!
Well it was an easy drive to Toronto in the early hours of the morning...but man it was a tough drive home!! All worth it though! I have a surgery date of March 20th. I'm starting Opti-fast on Tuesday (or Wednesday- depending on the arrival of the Opti) and it's full speed ahead!
My surgeons name is Dr. Mary-Anne Aarts. Has anyone had her or heard anything about her? She seemed great and the little I did find online about her was flattering. I was really nervous this morning but as soon as I found out who she was and met her that all disappeared! Must be a good sign!

When was your appt. I had mine on the Feb 24 for 9am, and my surgeon is be Dr. Aarts as well. This is soooo coool. Great to hear that your date is so soon. I have my date for April 4. This so weird, I love it, so we could have met and not knew it.

Oh my gosh! Thats cool! I was there for an 8am appt. I was with my husband, he was wearing a green sweater and I was wearing an orange multi colour top. Congratulations on your date too!!
