Egg Bites....

Would the famous "Egg Bites" be considered a part of the soft food diet? I know scrambled eggs are so I'm wondering if this is something to consider at this stage?

I believe I started them at the soft solid stage. Chew well though. And don't overcook them. I loved them and have tried 2 diff kinds, but I can no longer stomach eggs. Too much of a good thing. I'll have to take a year or so off.

Love egg bites...but completely true, when you make them don't over cook. They can be really chewy if you do! Enjoy!
