Calcium - They sell the calcium petites for $9.99 a bottle which is cheaper than here. They also have huge bottles of the Equate brand calcium citrate which can be snapped in half easily making them the same size as the petites but at about half the cost!,
B12 - this is a good one to pick up as well. We have the dissolvable strips here, but they have the little tablets that you put under your tounge. They taste okay and they're a heck of a lot cheaper than the strips! I get a bottle of 200 for less than half the cost of a box of 50 strips.,

The Emerald Cocoa Covered almonds are cheaper here at Walmart than they are in the US. :0)
Maple Grove makes a really nice SF, Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad dressing that is very low in calories. They also make a GREAT "Maple Syrup", you can get giant bottles at Walmart for $1.98.
Kraft Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella is only available down there.
Target has some nice flavoured drink crystals, Strawberry Daquiri, Lime Margarita etc..
Special K Protein Cereal is much cheaper down there.
Walmart Carries Schwiebles lite bread (35 calories per slice)

The Wrap It's brand of Low carb Tortilla's in the Mexican Aisle of Tops are really good, they aren't gummy like the Mission and Flat out brands. They have similar ones in the cold pantry area but they are $3.99 vs. $3.19 in the mexican aisle.
Wegman's has a house brand of Genisoy for $1.99 vs almost $4.00 up here.
Big Lots has giant bags of Pork Rinds for $1.70.
Walmart has sugar free pudding for $0.96, the cheesecake is awesome in Greek Yogurt with some fruit,
Wegman's has BIG tubs of their house brand of Greek yogurt for $4.49 (double the size of the containers here) and it freezes well! :))

I just took a look..l and Excedine is an NSAID... :( I got excited for a minute thinking it wasn't, because Tylenol isn't strong enough for me.
It's ok for those with Lap Band, DS or VSG, but not RNY-ers :)
