What a gorgeous sunshiney day - too bad it's freakin freezing! lol Hoping to get out for a short skate at lunch again, other than that work work work. :)
B - coffee with milk x a couple, protein shake
S - not too sure, my stomach's a little off
L - leftover hamburger/veggie stew
S - more lunch I would imagine, I brought too much!
D - will be late, I have a Dr appt at 5 (which really means 6 if you know how Dr. offices work!)

s - 2 large egg bites....hungry
l - leftover beef tenderloin...(2 oz) and squash
s - chobani greek yogurt - black cherry
d - fish of some kind and veg
s - popsicles
All water plus decaf coffee and tea and vits of course

L - 2 oz tuna and fat free mayo on a ryvita crispbread
S - apple and low fat cheese
D - not quite sure
I've got this free floating anxiety going on today. I'm either reacting to some financial stressors i've got going on, or its the lingering effects of too much wine on saturday night. Or a combination of both.
