Every time you post this I crave smoked salmon eggs benedict....damn you, I'm getting some smoked salmon for the weekend.  LOL

I want an omelette this time - but they don't put enough in them, in my opinion! I want ham and onions and peppers and cheese and mushrooms!  Maybe they'll special order.
