Day 1 of optifast :(
Oooh that sounds like it would be good. I think i may need to add more water to it as well because even with a 500ml bottle of water it was thick! I made the mistake of reading all the negative things about the opti and I think it may have gotten to me as well! Im trying to stay positive...i even pre made a good 2 weeks of food for my husband and daughter to just thaw and eat because I wanted to stay away from the cooking. I will be trying the chocolate shake for lunch in a couple hours so fingers crossed this one will be better:) Thanks for the responses all!

I agree the sweetener should go. I put cinnamon in my vanilla today and it was great!!!

i'm on day 2 and chugging along.., slowly but surely. although i only have the chocolate kind. if you have any unopened boxes of vanilla im pretty sure you can return them and switch to chocolate? i find it to be really yummy.
just remember you've made it this far and you're so close to your new life!! like i said in another post, food isn't leaving the planet. try and think of it that way. this is a small sacrifice compared to what your results will probably be in the end. you can do it!!
