What are you eating/doing today? (Sunday)
I'm relaxing before the family gets here. Everyone's coming over for my sister's birthday. I'm cooking Greek.
On the menu today:
B: 100g Greek Yogurt & a Praventia Bar
L & D: Chicken Souvlaki, Beef & Lamb Kofta, Tzatziki, 1/4 Greek Pita - sounds like a lot but combined the skewers equal 100g of meat.
Not sure if I'll have a sliver of cake. Depends on how full I am from lunch. I bought a small cake - no leftovers!

Going to try this thread to see if it helps me stay honest with food. Took everyones advice on Breakfast. Not sure how to deal with the 12 hour shifts I work because I am up at 4:30am and begin to eat by 6am. I find I need an extra snack or I am starving...yes I said starving what's with that?
B- 1oz chicken, 1/3 cup brocolli steamed
S-1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 small pear
L-Cheese string/ Flakes of Turkey / 4 melba toast/ 1 tsp fat free miracle whip
S-Source Yogourt/ 2 slices of peach
S- Turkey bite
D-1 oz chicken, 1/3 cup steamed Brocolli/ 1/4 cup mased potatoes
S- Gonna break down and drink a protein shake(Or half of one) & 3 prunes (Maybe 4)
Not worried about not losing weight because I am slowly but surely just concerned that I seem to get hungry about 1 hour after I have finished eating. I am stopping fluid a 1/2 hour before and wait an hour after eating so I shouldn't be flushing my pouch. Any suggestions?
