Disney WORLD!!! Holy emotions...
I just found myself getting emotional...Last Friday I booked a flight to Orlando, My cousins have rented 3 houses for March break and asked me to join them...
on Saturday about 20 of us will be going to Walt Disney World, I have not been to an amusement park since the weight loss...my only visit to Disney World was back in 1992! I could not fit in some of the rides and the others were uncomfortable..
Not sure where these emotions are coming from....

It sounds like you can see where the emotions are coming from. I had a similar experience at Wonderland: very humiliating.
What are the emotions you are feeling? Are you anxious? excited? worried? happy? joyful? dreading?
In any case, the fact that you identify the shift in emotion is a terrific thing. It should serve as a cue to you to take extra precautions with food if you have ever been an emotional eater. Planning in advance to make sure you have good choices on you always will help you stay on track. Spend some time giving those emotions some room in a quiet place and really sit with them. If you are having trouble sorting them out ask yourself to describe the sensation physically. What does the emotion feel like? What colour would it be? What shape? What is your reaction to it? What does it need?
