I dont want to tarnish the post with my bad eating habits!

Like today... I skipped breaky :( I normally dont.. All I am having is my water bottle with lime crystal light!

But I DO have a healthier lunch  :)

I brought to work a peice of baked chicken seasoned with Roasted Pepper and Garlic club house seasoning and some jasmine rice seasoned with the Mrs Dash and a tsp of butter and some veggies mixed in...

 Dinner.. I dont know yet!

Edited to add that the chicken is portioned! it is not a whole boneless skinless chicken breast, I cut it into THREE whole pieces instead of eating the whole thing!

yay for you!! this thread is an excellent tool to figure out what to eat post surgery. That lunch sounds yummers.

Monica is right - it would get you into the habit of planning, organizing and tracking your food intake. :)
