What are you eating/doing today? (TFIF Edition!)
I dont want to tarnish the post with my bad eating habits!
Like today... I skipped breaky :( I normally dont.. All I am having is my water bottle with lime crystal light!
But I DO have a healthier lunch :)
I brought to work a peice of baked chicken seasoned with Roasted Pepper and Garlic club house seasoning and some jasmine rice seasoned with the Mrs Dash and a tsp of butter and some veggies mixed in...
Dinner.. I dont know yet!
Edited to add that the chicken is portioned! it is not a whole boneless skinless chicken breast, I cut it into THREE whole pieces instead of eating the whole thing!
