Long day today as I had to come into work early today for a meeting at a high school and then I have the TWH support group tonight...however I am excited to connect with Sandy, Pat, Claire, and all the others!

L - 2 Turkey Muffins
D - 2 ounces of chicken thigh with 1/3 of a roasted red pepper
S - Protein Shake and a Boiled Egg.
