 I have it on my iPhone and the best part it was FREE!
Its called  "my fitness pal".   It's great. It lets you edit food, even has Canadian brands of foods,  it adds your exercise in and water too!  I have it on my phone and iPad.  It's made the last 2 weeks 9 pounds lighter!!!

B - egg + egg white on half a whole wheat eng muffin
S - apple, light cheddar cheese
L - 3 oz shrimpies, half whole wheat eng muffin, veggies
S - banana and light cheddar
D - chicken and veggies before bell and choir practice.
S - hold on.. imma see how my protein intake stacks up and i'll decide in a bit.

I dropped my son off at his new school this morning (I'm as anxious as he is!), then spontaneously went out for brekkie.  I'll need to watch my food carefully for the rest of the day, I'm feeling impulsive and tend to eat when I'm anxious.

Working on assignments (met my school work goals on the weekend, yay!), then off to school until 9 pm. 

B - started w/ 2 cups of milky decaf tea, then brekkie: 2 eggs, 1 sausage, 2 thin slices bacon
S - no food, just herbal tea
L - I might just have a protein shake w. strawberries and bananas
S - cheese string, turkey pepperette
D - chicken curry, maybe a bit of salad
S - don't know yet, maybe some pineapple

B - 2 slices smoked salmon, 1 oz swiss cheese

S - hard boiled egg

L - green salad, 1/2 can tuna thrown on top

S - protein shake

D - 4 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup roasted cauliflower.

Mmmm... I have a craving for cauliflower and broccoli.  I'll have to roast some this week, thanks for the idea.
