Morning all :)

Busy day ahead!  Two committee meetings, won't get home 'til 9 PM. Ugh! Oh well, at least they'll feed me "dinner", if a slice of pizza can be considered that. lol

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - LC cheese wedge, 1 cracker, pepperette
L - left my lovely lunch on the damned counter at home! Guess I'll buy a small salad with grilled chicken on top.
S - yogurt, a few almonds
D - a slice of pizza. lol

I've upped my vitamins and feel SO much better! I'm not getting that horrible sick feeling after I eat. Still waiting to hear back on tests done last week & scheduled for more this week. I should have an answer soon.

Going out for a walk later today & gotta do laundry.

On the menu;

B: 3/4c Kellogs Protein Plus w/ 1c Almond Milk (I'm out of protein shakes)
L: 2 Beef & Lamb Koftas
D: Not Sure - maybe some Tilapia or I might try Tuna today
S: 100g Astro Yogurt, 9 Baby Carrots w/Hummus or dressing to dip, maybe some cheese later tonight.

Glad to hear you're feeling a little better Simona.  And once you get that damned gallbladder out, you'll be soooo much better again!  Have a good one. :)

I'm still waiting to hear back from Dr. Huynh's office on an appt. The good news is... if the wait is long, another doc agreed to do it for me. He's done some other surgeries for me (on my scalp) so I trust him.

When I had mine out, the wait for Dr. Hagen was really long, so I went with a local surgeon.  No problems at all.

 B - bowl of Cheerios, 1/2 banana, large coffee
 S - 1% cottage cheese w blackberries
 L - 2 turkey pepperettes, crackers
 S - 1 pear, 21 g cheddar, mint tea 
 D - pasta w butternut squash sauce, roast chicken

Vitamins and calcium in.

Surpassed the surgeon's goal weight about 2 months ago. Now i am so close to my secret-wish goal, I can literally smell it - 135 lbs.
My surgiversary is in 2 weeks, and I THINK I may in fact achieve the goal - if I continue running.

I cannot believe this year. What a high.

 I download a new app onto my phone and I think it's pretty good for calorie counting.  
Breakfast = tea with milk, oatmeal(quick oats) plain cooked in skimmed milk.
