update on whats new with me
Being an “old chick", (will be 60 in a few months) I have had a struggle losing the
weight post op as older folks don’t lose as quickly as the young’uns
But can now say that I have lost 100 pounds and am now in onederland.
Every day is a blessing, as I have increased my probability of living a long healthy life.
My BMI has gone from 51(when I started the bariatric process, it was even higher before that!) to 34.
I have gone from size 4x tops and 3x pants to a LOOSE size 16, and a size medium spandex pants. I can likely fit into a generous size 14 outfit. Not bragging, just amazed!
you can see the difference my WLS has made so far by clicking on these two links

You look awesome. I'm so happy for you. Happy Easter
Sometimes you just put one foot in front of the other, even if you don't know where you're going.
