I do everyday...i don't participate...lol..but i check to get ideas and try to  get my ass in gear....I think its because my brain is still in lazy mode, I still struggle with planning my meals since I HATE cooking....used to love being in the kitchen but not to cook, just to grab my junk food...lol

So whoever decided to start this thread..it's helping people in many different ways then just tracking for yourself or keeping yourself honest, etc.  whatever the reason, THANK YOU.

Now I swore this weekend to make the mini lasagnas...lol

I generally don't put down amounts and mainly emphasis the protein and not necessarily the veggies or fruit. It's a good idea though, because I learned a lot on this thread while I was going through the various stages. I'm still trying to figure how to put on the picturesnand other pertinent info. So will include it at the end of my post.

As someone who is still pre-op but reads the thread everyday for ideas and to get myself accustomed to seeing what portions will be like, I for one would love to see dates, types, amounts!

I'd be interested (and I have done this from time to time), in people listing the protein content of their items.

Thanks Karen!!  I don't have 5 years at a museum, but I'll apply anyways.  Who knows??  Thanks for the heads up.  Sounds like a very fun job!
