What are you eating/doing on Saturday?

 10 weeks Post op-

B- 1 egg Omlette
     1oz cheese
     3 asparagus heads
     1/2 slice of Ancient grains toast

S- Pure Protein Bar

L- 1/2 Bistro Chicken Breast
     1/3 Cup Bocolli/Cauliflower

S- 1/3 Cup Cottage Cheese
   - couple of frozen fruit chunks cut up
    1/2 Premier Protein Shake

D- 12 - 15 Shrimp ( From a small ring)
   - Tablespoon of Seafood sauce
    1oz of Cheese / 4 Melba rounds

S- 1 Source Yogourt
   - Teaspoon Bran buds
   - 1/2 premier Protein Shake

And somewhere in there I will drink Neo citran, lots of water, lots of cold medication and all my viatmins....

And no exercising cause I can't breath stupid spring cold.....

I try and hit between 700-900 cals daily and 70-100g of protein.
