i am not sure if i spelled that right lol but you got the drift....i am below 200 lbs now and i have seen that since i was a teenager.....i am 198 now and still have more to get off but not to bad in 9 months....woohoo i am so happy with that.....i didnt think i would ever see that again in my life time.....

Congrats!!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
