What are you eating/doing today? (Sunday edition)

I could have lied or avoided the thread but am about honesty and keeping it real.
And to keep it even more honest, I only ate 3 of the 4 I planned on eating so take off 85 calories and my breakfast was about 300 calories !!!

After reading Tracey's menu I figured what the hell - I can post mine also....and I too am on vacation and post wls 3 plus years!!
B - bagel with creme cheese ( light!) plus 4 coffees
s - piece of ham and greek yogurt
l - ham and cheese roll ups
s - hummus and triscuits.....6
s - glass of champagne
d - grilled chicken on Caesar salad
olive/cheese bread - one piece
one very large glass of chardonnay.....
s - low fat ice creme sandwich and a decaf coffee...
played 18 holes in the figgin heat so I had to sweat many calories off....at least that's my theory
So I had a model day for someone 2 years out:
Breakfast -1/2 cup Go Lean Protein cereal, 8 raspberries, 6 black currants, vanilla greek yogurt (1/2 cup)
Lunch - Ooooops, forgot to have lunch
Snack: 12 cherries
Dinner - 1 hambuger w/o bun, 1 cob of corn.
BUT somewhere between last night's dinner and this morning's breakfast, I had an applefritter (small) and 6 ginger snaps...
So if Tracey is being honest, so am I...
Night time grazing is a real problem for me, and I am working at slaying this dragon right now.
Lots of stress, health, care of Mother in home, etc. etc... but this isn't the way to get beyond my stall.
BTW, I don't usually forget to have lunch - and usually it is on plan.
Ah well, tomorrow is another day.
