i don't know as of yet when my surgery date is nor when to start optifast.. all i do know is that i have 4 weeks of opti and that the hospital will call this week to give a date for both...thanks for all the warm wishes and i really hope that everything runs smooth with opti....mind over matter if the taste is not pleasant is what i will be doing.

It must feel so good to be so close. Once you get the date, watch out. The time flies by.

Woohooo! You may want to put it away in your pantry so you do not see it always until you get your date. It can be obessive to be reminded that you do not know when you will be starting....the reminder sitting there. Looking at you. ....Okay, maybe it is just me and NOT YOU!
