Parking at HRRH.

I have discovered a valuable cost saving perk tool for parking at HRRH. For $45, I have purchased a 15 in and out parking ticket that is good for a year. That's 3 dollars per parking session! Just visit the parking booth in the middle of the parking lot to purchase your ticket.

i park at the mall and walk over. Saves me bucks, gives me a little exercise. And i always look around in zellers while i'm there, just to appease my conscience.

My only concern about parking in a mall or plaza is that I did the same when I went to Centenary Hospital a few years ago and came out to find my car gone! Apparently at that lot Tow truck drivers are hired to monitor the lot to spot people like me, and to remove their cars! It cost me almost $200, and an embarassing call to get a ride to the lot! Now I will admit that I did not go into one of the stores that day.
As a retired teacher I would warn about parking in the school's lot as well. They also have people towed without proper id in the car and on occassion students have been known to take their frustrations out on cars parking lot.

i haven't yet had a problem with it. I always make sure to go into the mall when i park, and again before getting my car. I usually even buy something at the mall.

Thats is really good to know thank you so much.  I can;t say how annoyed I am that they did not tell us that informtion.  It should be the first thing the clinic tells us.  Going there this am and this is so helpful.  I will be sure to mention in support group next wed. It really disappoints me that he staff would not tell us this, as the cost really adds up.

I agree.  They know that we have to go for upteen appt's including the surgery itself (family members will be visiting also).  I will mention it to the girls at the desk and see if they can include it in their package with the hospital info.  They have a section that indicates the cost of the sugery and all incidentals so that should be in there.

Hi Everyone,
I thought I saw someone ask about whether the parking was for 15 minutes only. I am sorry if I wasn't clear about that. The parking is for 15 different times for parking. I stayed all night on Thursday for the Sleep Study and that counted as 1 time.
That said, I am not sure how much sleep I actually got!

This is great news!  A wonderful woman let me know about this last Friday when I was there for the RN, RD and SW.  I have a sleep study booked for this coming Thurs. and the guy in the booth said it would be fine to use it then.  I'm thrilled about this savings.
