anyone else have B12 deficiency??? i have some questions..
From what i was told, it is something that varies on a persons size, and how low their normal number is.
I would think if it is very low, within a week or two or three, if it is moderate... within the day of getting the supplement...
That really isnt an answer, its a good thing to know though.

I was 378lbs now i am 260lbs and my tingling and numbness happened last week, however feeling tired and nauseous happened the two weeks before then. I am sooooooooo fed up right now. I just want to be able to walk!! stand!! grrr no one can give me an answer of when this will get better so i am frustrated. thanks for sharing i really appreciate it.

i also have the burnt tongue that goes along with it.... it feels like i have burnt my poor tongue :(
