Nice to meet everyone in Kingston...

It was so nice to meet everyone at the Kingston Support Group last night.
The taste testing was a treat (okay maybe not in most cases). I am driving my mother to Kingston on Saturday and believe Apple Pie at Popeye's is in my plan.
And returning the Premiere shakes I hate to Costco.
I enjoyed the laughs as well and the great ideas for food. I will be indulging in a low carb tortilla pizza (Mama Lupes) with chicken, olives, pineapple & mushrooms this evening for dinner.
I dreamt about Pistachio Pudding last night...so a trip to the states?????

Hi - the Kingston Support Group is for both pre and post-op folks. We meet the 2nd Tuesday of the month at the Ogwanada Resource Centre on Portsmouth Avenue from 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
There is a link in my signature to our group site where you can link up with other members in the area.
Let me know if you have any specific questions. It's a fun group; everyone is open and easy to talk too. Lots of laughs and experiences to share.
Hope to see you come out to our August 14th meeting.
Muriel
